Shipping Policy

Blackmere & Co. sells both digital downloads and physical print-on-demand products. After a successful purchase, your file(s) will be available for immediate download, and a copy of your access/download link will also be sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at blackmereco.studio@gmail.com and we will resend it.

Physical Products
Select items, such as apparel, are physical products made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2-7 business days for production, plus an additional 3-10 business days for shipping within the U.S. (longer for international orders). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.
